We recommend unfolding your rug as soon as possible to allow it to settle naturally. It's normal to notice lines or creases when the rug is first laid out, but these are temporary. To help remove them, roll the rug in the opposite direction while applying gentle pressure, flip the edge with the crease, and slowly pull the rug back while pressing down on the crease. Afterward, vacuum the rug.Made from high-quality materials, our rugs are easy to care for. Regular vacuuming is typically all you need to keep them looking fresh and maintain a welcoming space with minimal effort. For spot cleaning, use a damp cloth, avoiding harsh chemicals like bleach or detergents. To preserve the rug’s quality, avoid exposing it to direct sunlight or placing it near heaters.Care Tip: Prolonged moisture exposure, especially to the backing, may alter the rug’s shape. Blot spills promptly with a clean, dry cloth to prevent damage.

Items of footwear and/or clothing must be unworn and unwashed with the original labels attached. Also, footwear must be tried on indoors. Items of homeware including bedlinen, mattresses, and toppers, and pillows must be unused and in their original unopened packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
