We suggest you unfold your rug as soon as possible to allow it to begin settling. You may notice lines or creases in your rug when you first lay it out. These are completely normal and not permanent. Follow a simple procedure - roll the rug in the opposite direction, while applying pressure to the rug - take the edge, flip it where there is a crease, and slowly pull the rug back, while applying downward pressure on the crease. Hoover the rug. Made from quality materials, our rugs are easy to care for. A quick go-over with your vacuum cleaner is usually all it takes to keep them looking fresh, ensuring your living space remains welcoming with minimal effort. Vacuum regularly and use a damp cloth for spot cleaning. Avoid harsh chemicals like bleach or detergents and avoid direct sunlight and heaters to preserve the rug’s quality. Rug Care Reminder: Prolonged moisture exposure, especially if the backing stays wet, may cause shape changes. Please blot spills promptly with a clean, dry cloth.

Items of footwear and/or clothing must be unworn and unwashed with the original labels attached. Also, footwear must be tried on indoors. Items of homeware including bedlinen, mattresses, and toppers, and pillows must be unused and in their original unopened packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
