To use: swivel up only 1/8-inch, line the eyes, then use the smudge tool on the opposite end to blend as desired. Allow colour to set for 60 seconds to ensure transfer-resistance, recap after use, and remove with eye makeup remover. Can be worn alone or over eye shadow.
