“Refund was approved and back in my account the same day.” - Deliver+ customer
Vikosa Arcura Wool Rug brings natural elegance and a warm texture into your living space, with its soft transitional design and balanced tones creating a calm, refined atmosphere that works seamlessly in both modern and classic interiors, making it an ideal choice for living rooms, bedrooms, or relaxing corners, while its hand-tufted construction from 100% natural wool offers a rich, comfortable feel underfoot combined with everyday durability, enhanced by wool’s natural resilience and breathability that help maintain the rug’s shape and comfort over time, and its dense pile adds a full, premium body while improving long-term performance, with a medium pile height that provides a comfortable yet practical surface for daily use, offering warmth and softness without making cleaning difficult, and it is OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified, ensuring it has been tested for harmful substances and is safe for home use.
100% Wool, Pile Height: 15 mm, Construction: Hand-tufted. Unroll your rug as soon as possible to help it settle naturally; creases or fold lines are normal and should disappear within a few days. To speed this up, gently fold in the opposite direction, vacuum, or place furniture on top. Regular vacuuming keeps your rug fresh and extends its lifespan; avoid prolonged exposure to moisture and blot spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth. To keep your rug stable and prevent slipping, we recommend using a rug gripper. OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified.
Something not quite right? You have 21 days from the day you receive it, to send something back.
Please note, we cannot offer refunds on fashion face masks, cosmetics, pierced jewellery, adult toys, and swimwear or lingerie if the hygiene seal is not in place or has been broken.
Items of footwear and/or clothing must be unworn and unwashed with the original labels attached. Also, footwear must be tried on indoors. Items of homeware including bedlinen, mattresses, and toppers, and pillows must be unused and in their original unopened packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
