Best use: Ensure the brow area is always clean and dry before commencing. Shake the liner before use. Store the pen in a downwards vertical position when not in use to prevent it from drying. How to use: Outline brow shape with the upper felt tip to the desired shape. Fill in brows with the upper felt tip, brushing upwards and outwards in the direction of the hair growth, covering any sparse areas. Intensify and comb through the brows with the entire felt tip upwards and outwards in the direction of the hair growth until desired depth and colour is reached.
