This is not an easy time for anyone and as the situation continues to evolve, we are monitoring the changing government guidelines and following them accordingly.
The health and safety of our customers, employees and communities remains our first priority so, as the situation develops, we are making a number of changes to the way we operate. Here is everything you need to know...
CHANGES TO STORES
Due to lockdown restrictions most of our UK stores are temporarily closed from 5th November until further notice. However, wallis.co.uk remains open around the clock, so you can continue to shop from home safely.
CHANGES TO DELIVERY
Whilst our stores are currently closed, we are unable to offer Standard and Express delivery to store but you can select from one of our delivery options to your home or local ParcelShop, with free delivery on all UK orders over £30. If you’d prefer contactless delivery and would like your order left in a safe place, leave us a note at checkout.
Please note, any outstanding collect from store orders will be held on to and you will able to pick up your parcel up to 10 days after our stores reopen.
CHANGES TO RETURNS
Returns to store are currently unavailable, but as always, we offer FREE returns with a range of options including contactless collection from your home. Plus, to make your shopping experience easier for you right now and help you get set for Christmas, we’ve extended returns until 31st January 2021.
To ensure the safety and welfare of our staff, we have temporarily closed our Customer Care call centres. In the meantime, our Customer Care team are still available and happy to help with any queries via email. For a quick answer to the most common questions, please see our FAQs.
