100% Polypropylene, Pile Height: 20 mm, Backing: Jute. Unroll your rug as soon as possible to help it settle naturally; creases or fold lines are normal and should disappear within a few days. To speed this up, gently fold in the opposite direction, vacuum, or place furniture on top. To keep your rug stable and prevent slipping, we recommend using a rug gripper. Regular vacuuming keeps your rug fresh and extends its lifespan; avoid prolonged exposure to moisture and blot spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth to maintain its shape and quality.

Items of homeware including bedlinen, mattresses, and toppers, and pillows must be unused and in their original unopened packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
