Ritual:

Light the sage stick, and then extinguish the flame and allow the sage to smoulder. Lay the sage stick into the smudge bowl, and then hold the gemstones over the smoke using your left hand. Inhale deeply several times, while repeating the affirmation in your mind at least 10 times. Place the gemstones around the room, while fanning the smoke around you and your environment for a minimum of five minutes. When completed, stump out the sage stick and place it back in its packaging ready for its next use.
