Start the machine by pressing the on/off button Select the mode according to individual needs, by pressing lightly the on/off button Use point pressure at acupoints to relieve muscle tension or start from the bottom of the next and carefully lift it until jawline without using too much pressure. Continue this massage for 5-10 minutes. You can use the device multiple times a week. The red light comes with a 45•c temperature, make sure this is comfortable for you. Discontinue use if this doesn’t feel comfortable or your skin looks red afterwards. If you have sensitive skin be aware, you might not be able to use the red light due to the temperature. Items of footwear and/or clothing must be unworn, unwashed with the original labels attached. Items of homeware including bedlinen, mattresses and toppers, and pillows must be unused and in their original unopened packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights. Also, footwear must be tried on indoors.
