Unroll immediately after delivery and allow the rug to settle naturally, temporary creases are normal and will flatten with time, gently fold against creases if required, vacuum to loosen fibres, clean using a damp cloth or standard carpet foam, place furniture or walk over regularly to help the rug lie flat and even.

Items of footwear and/or clothing must be unworn and unwashed with the original labels attached. Also, footwear must be tried on indoors. Items of homeware including bedlinen, mattresses, and toppers, and pillows must be unused and in their original unopened packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
