Your mat may arrive folded for easier transport. After unpacking, unfold it as soon as possible and allow it time to settle. Temporary lines or creases may appear at first; these are normal and will gradually flatten within a few days. To help the process, you can lightly vacuum the mat and allow regular foot traffic to help it settle. The mat can also be machine washed at 30°C when needed. Avoid using harsh chemicals and allow the mat to dry naturally after washing.

Items of homeware including bedlinen, mattresses, and toppers, and pillows must be unused and in their original unopened packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
