1. Start with clean, dry skin. Apply a few drops of your favourite face oil or serum to help the gua sha glide smoothly. 2. Hold the gua sha at a slight angle, keeping it almost flat against the skin. 3. Using gentle pressure, glide the tool in slow, upward and outward strokes. 4. From the centre of the face outward across the cheeks 5. Along the jawline, moving toward the ears Up the neck, working from the base toward the jaw 6. Repeat each movement 3–5 times, keeping motions relaxed and unhurried. 7. Finish by lightly sweeping down the sides of the neck to encourage relaxation. 8. Use daily or as part of your evening wind-down ritual. 9. Clean the gua sha after use with mild soap and water and allow to air dry.
