The hot water bottle holds 2 litres of water and measures approximately 72 x 14 cm. Open the filling cap and fill the bottle about two thirds full with hot water, avoiding boiling water. Do not overfill the bottle. Always ensure the cap is tightly secured before use. Place the bottle inside a cover to protect your skin and retain heat safely.
